WATCH: Kobe Bryant scores 31 points in 28 minutes vs. Suns

While the beginning of the Lakers’ season hasn’t exactly gone to plan, there has been at least one bright spot, and that’s the current form of Kobe Bryant.

After scoring 19 points in his season debut against the Houston Rockets on Tuesday, the Black Mamba came out firing the next night and filled it up in limited minutes.

Kobe scored 31 points on 11-for-25 shooting in 28 minutes of play during the team’s loss to the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday. Bryant also had 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals.

After the last 18 months or so, it’s great to see that Kobe is finally healthy and is back to his old self once again. Long may it continue.
