Kobe Bryant reaches 31,000 career points, becoming the youngest player to do so


With his 38 points on Sunday versus the Dallas Mavericks, Kobe Bryant reached the 31,000 career points plateau and became the youngest player to do so at 34 years and 185 days old. Wilt Chamberlain did it  at 36 years and 164 days.

Bryant also had 12 rebounds and 7 assists in the win versus the Mavs.

Bryant now joins Chamberlain, Michael Jordan, Karl Malone and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in the 31,000 points club.
