Nick Young says “Swaggy P is over” when he retires

This just made me a little sad.

In a hilarious “Would You Rather?” interview with Lakers.com, Nick Young revealed that the moment he’s done playing basketball will also be the day that Swaggy P goes into retirement, too.

“I don’t want to lie to you. I’m just chilling when I’m done playing. Swaggy P is over,” Young said. “If you want to find me, I’ll just be teaching (my son) Lil’ Swaggy things.”

So, while there’s the devastating news that Swaggy P will be no more, it’s good to hear that Nick will be training his son to follow in his footsteps.

Lil Swaggy is already on the way to stardom and has been seen hitting fadeaway jumpers despite still being just a toddler.

Still, the day Nick Young retires will be an extra sad one seeing as the swag will die that day, too.

I wonder if that means Young will start walking around L.A. in sweatpants and baggy t-shirts after his playing days are over? He might let himself go and just joke around at Gilbert Arenas’ house all day.

On second thoughts, that actually doesn’t sound that bad…
