It was reported in July that Williams and the Lakers had agreed to a deal, yet the terms of the contract were unknown at the time.
The Lakers were said to have worked out Williams in June. The 27-year-old will likely compete for minutes with rookie Elias Harris, who was signed by the team last month, and Summer League standout Marcus Landry, who is expected to be a camp invite for the purple and gold.
