If you want to be swaggy, you’ve got to mix it up on a regular basis.
That’s exactly what Nick Young does.
One night, he’s rocking the latest Kobe 9s and the next he’s wearing a pair of Air Jordan kicks.
However, last night against the Portland Trail Blazers, Young went with a very strange choice: The Nike Air Zoom Generation aka The LeBron 1.
The wheat-colored kick resemble a pair of Timberland boots more than a basketball shoe, though none of that mattered seeing as Swaggy P dropped 40 points while wearing the same shoes that LeBron James rocked during his NBA debut in 2003.
“[It] had to be the shoes. Told y’all not to talk about my LeBrons,” Young said after the game, according to ESPN Los Angeles 710’s Beto Duran. “[It] might not look right, but [it] was [the] shoes.”
