For the first time since December 28, 2012, the Lakers are back at .500.
At that point, after their first 30 games, the Lakers were 15-15. Now, after their second 30 games, they find themselves at 30-30.
Perhaps more important than their return to official mediocrity, though, is that the Lakers have gone 13-5 in their last 18 games to get there, after falling to 17-25 at their low point. There is no doubt that the Lakers are hot, and have some significant momentum in their drive toward a post-season berth.
