VIDEO: Nick Young gets up court quickly after steal and throws down dunk in transition

This is where the Lakers are a little different this year.

Last season, the purple and gold didn’t really have a guy who could change ends quickly and then finish strong with a dunk.

Metta World Peace, who obviously has strengths in other areas, is just too slow at this point in his career to pull off a fast break effectively in order to land his team some easy points.

Nick Young, on the other hand, is pretty good at getting down the floor and finishing within a short space of time.

On this play, the Lakers come up with a turnover; Steve Blake pushes the ball and finds Young who is streaking down the floor. Swaggy P then does a good job to keep himself ahead of Andre Iguodala as he explodes to the basket and throws down the dunk.
