VIDEO: Julius Randle helps out at John Calipari’s basketball camp

Julius Randle may have only just turned pro, though the 19-year-old is already giving back.

The Kentucky product recently made an appearance at John Calipari’s basketball camp where he interacted with the kids and took part in some drills.

“Not too long ago I was in their position,” Randle said of the campers. “and I never really had this opportunity as a kid, but to be able to give back to them [and] give them memories, that’s what matters.”

While it’s great to see Randle giving back to the kids in this video, the part I like the most is what the reporter says at the end.

“I asked him, what’s your life like right now, and he gave me a two-word response: Work out. He says he just spends all his time in the gym these days.”

Yep, Kobe’s gonna love him.
