Kobe Bryant was in fine form during Thursday’s practice.

While some players may hold back a little once the media are allowed in to watch the end of practice, Bryant just carried on like normal and was dishing out trash talk to everybody. The Black Mamba even involved Lakers general manager Mitch Kupchak in his mostly one-way trash talking session.

“I’m supposed to practice and get better, Mitch,” Bryant said as he looked in Kupchak’s direction while walking off the practice court. “I’m supposed to practice and get better. These m—–f—— ain’t doing s— for me!”

Luckily, there’s video, too, thanks to ESPN Los Angeles’ Arash Markazi:

“I was just being myself,” Bryant said after practice. “I don’t know if it helps them, but it obviously raises the intensity level. It was a tough practice for them.”

Never change, Kobe. Never change.
