Last summer, it was revealed that the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Art’s Sculpture Museum in China had erected a statue of Kobe Bryant. However, the House of Mamba have gone one step further this year by building and displaying two new statues in the five-time NBA champion’s honor.

The pose is better this time, too: The previous statue’s pose simply consisted of Bryant standing there with a ball at his side, where as the long-time Laker is going up for a dunk in his new Shanghai statues.
