Can you imagine a Los Angeles Lakers team without Swaggy P on it? I know I can’t.
Nick Young always seems to have something funny to say when he’s off the court, though when he’s on it, he’s ready to get down to business and talk trash with the best of them. And when I say the best of them, I mean Kobe Bryant.
During today’s practice session, Bryant was dishing out a boatload of trash talk – he even got Lakers general manager Mitch Kupchak involved at one point – though Young wasn’t just going to sit back and let the Mamba take all of the spotlight.
Arash Markazi from ESPN Los Angeles captured the moment Young told Bryant that “nobody in the world” could guard him one-on-one:
After practice, Bryant had a perfect response to Young’s “nobody in the world can guard me” comment.
“Thank god I’m not from this world,” Bryant smirked.
