The Los Angeles Lakers have officially signed another player to their roster.
The purple and gold announced today that they have signed undrafted rookie guard Michael Frazier to a multi-year deal.
Frazier’s agreement with the Lakers was previously reported to be a partially guaranteed deal for two seasons.
Frazier, a 6’5″ guard, went undrafted out of Florida back in June despite averaging 12.1 points, 4.1 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.2 steals in 29.2 minutes per game last season while shooting 38 percent from three-point range.
Frazier shot 44 percent from deep the season before while talking one more attempt per contest.
The 21-year-old played for the Golden State Warriors at the Las Vegas Summer League in July where he averaged 4.5 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.0 assists in 15.8 minutes per game, according to a press release by the Lakers.
