This is always great to see.

D’Angelo Russell, Larry Nance Jr. and Anthony Brown have only been members of the Los Angeles Lakers for around 5 weeks, though they’re already putting in work with the team’s trainers.

On Saturday, Tim DiFrancesco, the Lakers’ head strength and conditioning coach, posted a photo to Instagram of the team’s three rookies putting in some early morning offseason work on the sand dunes.

“Saturday sand hill crew,” Tim wrote in the caption, “Rooks putting the work in at the beach early this morning!”
