Jamal Crawford had a pretty nice game at his Seattle Pro Am event on Sunday. The Clippers guard scored 63 points and the game-winner, but not before introducing Kobe Bryant to the capacity crowd and giving the Black Mamba some serious props.

“This next guy is legendary,” Crawford says in the video below. “He’s one of the best players to ever pick up a basketball. Everyone give it up for this generation’s Michael Jordan, one of my favorite players ever in the history of the world, Kobe Bean Bryant.”

The crowd then went wild and began chanting Bryant’s name before Crawford stepped onto the court and put on a show in front of the five-time NBA champion.

Kobe had a pretty eventful day in Seattle on Sunday. Firstly, he attended Richard Sherman’s charity softball game and hit a home run, and then he checked out Crawford’s annual pro am game later on in the day before declaring his love for the city that was formally the longtime home of the SuperSonics.

“I’ve always enjoyed coming here,” Bryant said of Seattle, according to The Oklahoman. “I’d much rather come here in the postseason than Oklahoma.”

Damn, more shots fired.
