Something tells me there’s a reason MJ picked this guy out of the crowd.

Thanks to a video uploaded by YouTube user JimmyBallers20, we get to see a game of one-on-one between Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant.

At his basketball camp last month, Jordan picked a “random” fan out of the audience, according to the video’s description, and challenged him to a game of one-on-one.

The fan was wearing a Kobe Bryant jersey. Bit of a coincidence, huh?

The Kobe fan started out pretty well, hitting his first shot attempt over the six-time NBA champion. However, Jordan then went to work by blocking the fan, converting on a left-handed layup and then hitting a pair of his signature pull-up jumpers.

Sadly, though, this is probably the closest we’ll ever get to seeing Kobe vs. MJ in a game of one-on-one.

Oh, and kids, it’s probably not a good idea to wear Jordan jerseys to Kobe’s camp from now on. You’ve been warned.
